This is the top show of the season! Jason Petty is teaming up with Carolyn Martin to bring the music of country music legends Hank Williams and Patsy Cline to the Temple stage. Jason brought his talents from Nashville to New York where he won critical acclaim for his surreal performance as Hank Williams in the off-Broadway hit “Hank Williams' Lost Highway.” He racked up five nominations in New York's off-Broadway award ceremonies for Best Actor. Carolyn Martin is an award-winning singer who has gained national recognition from the PBS special, “The Time Jumpers.” Now she brings her incredible talent to Jason's newest show. Hank Williams and Patsy Cline are the two biggest names country music has ever seen. Their lives were both fascinating and tragic. Along with a live six-piece band, Jason and Carolyn will take you back in time to when these country giants ruled the airwaves. All of their biggest hits are covered: Crazy, Hey Good Lookin', Sweet Dreams, Your Cheatin' Heart, Walking after Midnight, I Saw the Light, I Fall to Pieces, I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry....and many, many more.

Originally formed in 1973 in La Crosse, Studebaker 7 plays the hits of the 60s and 70s. After fourteen years, the group disbanded to pursue different careers. In 2002, they reformed with six of the original band members. You’ll be amazed by the performance of this multi-talented group of musicians. The newest band member is Shealan Bahr who has a BA in voice performance and music education. She is the director of the La Crosse Girls Choir, teaches piano and voice, and directs other music groups in the La Crosse area. Ross Martin spent five years in Los Angeles with the Universal Studios house band as lead singer and emcee. He is now music director for the La Crescent Middle School. Dan Backhaus has been playing in rock & roll bands for over twenty years. He also adds lead and background vocals. Jeff Abraham, who plays lead bass guitar, is also one of the original band members. Vocalist Mary Jo Bilot, a returning band member, had left after two years to pursue a career in dentistry. Carey Thaldorf took a four-year hiatus from the original band to pursue his PhD. He is now back, playing keyboards and singing both lead and background vocals. Original drummer Tom Carr came back to the band when it reformed and loves playing for old and new fans alike.
