Maurice Jacox brings us the songs made famous by Nat King Cole are familiar to millions of people of all ages and nationalities. Nat King Cole was one of the first black Americans to host a television variety show. His music has maintained worldwide popularity since his death in 1965. Nat King Cole is widely considered one of the most important musical personalities in United States history. Vocalist Maurice Jacox and an ensemble of musicians will bring you up close to his life and accomplishments as both a vocalist and a jazz pianist. The ensemble consists of a string quartet, a six-piece band, and two back-up vocalists.
